By working with me or purchasing any of my services, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to make sure everything runs smoothly and expectations are clear from the start.
I provide Shopify development, design, and consulting services as described in your proposal, invoice, or email agreement. Any additional work or requests outside of the agreed scope may require a new quote or additional fees.
A deposit or full payment is required before I begin work, depending on the project type.
Final payment is due before delivery of the completed work unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may delay the project and could result in paused work until payment is received.
Each project includes a set number of revisions as stated in your proposal. Revisions outside that limit, or major changes to the original brief, may incur additional costs.
Clear and timely communication is essential. If I don’t receive required feedback, assets, or approvals within a reasonable timeframe (usually 14 days), I may pause the project until you’re ready to continue.
I’ll always do my best to meet agreed deadlines. However, timelines may shift if delays are caused by missing content, late feedback, or changes to the project scope.
Once the final payment has been made, you’ll own the completed project deliverables.
I retain the right to showcase the work (e.g. screenshots or links) in my portfolio and marketing materials, unless you ask me not to.
If you decide to cancel a project before work starts, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus the deposit).
If work has already begun, refunds aren’t typically available, but I’ll review requests on a case-by-case basis.
I take great care in delivering high-quality, functional work, but I can’t be held responsible for any indirect losses, technical issues, or third-party failures (like Shopify outages, app conflicts, or hosting problems) once the project is complete.
Any information shared during the project will remain confidential and won’t be disclosed to third parties without permission.
I may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website, and the version in place at the time of your booking or agreement will apply.
