Refunds & Cancellations Policy
I aim to deliver high-quality Shopify solutions and make sure every client is happy with the work provided.
Project Deposits & Payments
All projects require a deposit or full payment before I start work, as outlined in your proposal or invoice.
Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your project slot and cover initial planning or setup time.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a project:

Before I’ve started work, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus the deposit).

Once work has begun, refunds are not typically available, but I’ll review requests on a case-by-case basis.
Revisions & Satisfaction
Each project includes revisions as outlined in your agreement. If you’re not happy with something, I’ll do my best to make reasonable adjustments within the agreed scope to get things right.
Service Issues
If there’s an issue with the work I’ve delivered, please email me at hello@keatonvernon.co.uk within 7 days of delivery so I can take a look and resolve it.
Exceptions
Refunds aren’t available for:

Change of mind after work has started

Delays caused by missing information or slow communication

Issues outside of my control (like third-party apps, hosting, or Shopify downtime)
